Monica Delaney-Teran
Founder & Executive Leader
Monica Delaney-Teran is a passionate servant leader with 22 years of experience in business sales, where she served a large demand of customer needs resulting in great professional success. She has held Vice President and Sr. Director-level roles and has worked for organizations of all sizes, from small businesses, mid-size, to Fortune 500 organizations and Top 125 Federal Contracting firms. She has led
high-performing teams and helped organizations capture over $7B in contracts.

Over the past 14 years, her focus has been to support teams and individuals in their personal and career growth through tailored transformational coaching, mentoring, guiding, and training. She has helped professionals through a coaching partnership to accomplish goals, achieve self-discovery, and find their life passion and purpose, all resulting in great success stories! Additionally, she has extensive experience in acquisition and mergers change management initiatives, having successfully navigated over six acquisitions and mergers that led to significant organizational changes. Over the past two decades, she has supported dozens of reorganizations, refining frameworks, implementing structured change management strategies, and gathering critical lessons learned to ensure smoother transitions and business continuity. She has also played a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing a Center of Excellence, ensuring structured frameworks for innovation, development, and scalability.

As part of her coaching strategic approach, she applies years of learned capabilities, developed intensely through academia and extensive experience coaching individuals from all walks of life. The results of her support help businesses and individuals discover answers to their needs, unblock limiting beliefs, increase team engagement, enhance leadership approaches, and boost confidence through her professional guidance, guided self-reflecting exercises, workshops, onsite events, and one-on-one coaching.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management. Additionally, Monica is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the Institute of World Politics (IWP), further expanding her expertise in leadership, strategic decision-making, and global affairs. She holds an Executive Leadership certification with a focus on Strategic Decision Making, Coaching Skills for Leaders, and Quality & Service Excellence. Monica is also a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, a Master Life Coach certified by an accredited ICF institute, and a certified Reiki Master.

A local Virginian, Monica is a proud member of the Bolivian-American community, where she served on the Board of Directors for a Bolivian Folklore Group for two consecutive years and led the women’s troupes in the Caporales dance form. She has contributed over 10 years to giving back to the community through cultural dance. She and her husband reside in Northern Virginia with their three children, their dogs, Mimi, Molly, & Moose, and a Green-Cheek Conure parrot named May.
